Next to its core business, the production of valves, Control Seal B.V. is also a co-producer for the OEM-industry. The Control Seal facility in Appingedam is in possession of a modern CNC machine park and has around 100 years of experience in manufacturing highly specialised components.

From 1907 until 1989 the well-known ‘Brons’ diesel engines were build in Appingedam. After this period the facility started the manufacturing of gas engines under the brand name ‘Waukesha’.
Since the merger with the Montfoort location in one independent company in 2006, Appingedam’s core business became the production of Control SealTM valves, but is also available to conduct CNC production for third parties.

Control Seal CNC manufacturing for both internal demand and for demand from third parties.  Quality is further assured with for instance a conditioned 3D measuring room.
